چکیده
Abstract Background Activating transcription factor 3 (ATF3) is an early response gene that activated in to atherosclerotic stimulation and may be important inhibiting the progression of atherosclerosis. In this study, we directly measured expression ATF3 inflammatory factors human coronary plaques examine relationship between expression, inflammation structural stability plaques. Methods A total 68 artery specimens were collected from autopsy group, including 36 cases sudden death heart disease (SCD group) 32 acute caused by mechanical injury with atherosclerosis (CHD group). Twenty-two patients who had no as control group (Con The histological structure was observed under a light microscope after routine HE staining, intimal lesion thicknesses, thickness fibrous cap, necrosis core, degree lumen stenosis assessed image analysis software. Western blotting immunohistochemistry used measure distribution ATF3, (CD45, IL-1β, TNF-α) matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM1) artery. Pearson correlation coefficient analyse protein structure-related indexes group. Results Compared those intima necrotic core thickened, cap became thin increased while thicker thinner SCD than CHD ( P < 0.05). There or low factors, VCAM1 MMP-9 higher significantly lower negatively correlated focus thickness, positively 0.01), 0.01). Conclusions related plaques, affect regulating response, thus participating regulation progression.
